GMB Leads is a service offered by XtraDat that extracts business contacts enlisted in Google My Business, much like one would see appearing on Google Maps search results.
The process entails planning the appropriate keywords for a business type or vertical industry. Then applying these keywords to target locations to extract the desired data.
You will find for GMB Leads various packages both paid and free.
Paid packages for up to 100,000 (100k) leads, then 500k and another for 1 million leads. Custom orders are accepted too.
The Free offering is either an existing dataset (to see the format of what is delivered as part of this service) such as the Covid-19 US Testing Sites or an option to request a sample task based on your keyword & 1 location.
Emails & Social Accounts Extraction Service
Emails is a service offered by XtraDat that extracts Emails from your business directory and in particularly from the Website URL’s within the dataset. This is usually an add-on service to our GMB Leads service (mentioned above), but we could use any Website URL list.
The benefit of handling the GMB Leads with the Emails Scraping Service is that we are able to merge the Emails within the same dataset file we provide to you from GMB Leads file (Excel or CSV), so you can import as needed to enrich your CRM.
In addition we can append Social Accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, TripAdvisor, YouTube) found per Website URL to further enrich your CRM or database.
The Email Extraction Service is based on the number of Website URL’s used as input. Similarly since the GMB Leads is for up to 100k leads, the Emails Extraction Service is also for up to 100k Website URL’s. Custom requests are also accepted. If Email Verification or cleansing is needed, there is a Basic or Advanced level that can be applied.

GMB Reviews is a service by XtraDat that scrapes from any GMB Location (Google My Business Location) the posted Reviews made by individuals about the quality of service offered by the particular business location or franchise.
Such information extracted can also be used to analyse any particular business in terms of how well they are performing or if they are falsely trying to boost their reputation by buying fake reviews (which has become common practice with the importance of Google My Business for any entity, operating either offline or online).

The KML Service is a service XtraDat offers to convert your list of contacts, leads, prospects or any list with LAT/LON (latitude/longitude) geographic coordinates to a set of KML files. These KML files can then be imported into your own map app or Google My Maps to help you visualize the location of each contact as a placemark within your own mapping application.
If the list is more than 2,000 markers (contacts) which is a limit set by Google My Maps for importing per Layer, we provide means for you to segment your list by geographical regions and each region being a layer. Consider for example: Sales rep A focus on the North while sales rep B handles Southern sales.
